Even with the new rules to help the offenses in the NFL, it is defense that tends to dominate. There are numerous low scoring teams this year. There have been 41 UNDERS to only 32 OVERS. However, the last 3 weeks have seen the OVERS rally a bit with 23 overs to 19 Unders. Teams such as Baltimore, Miami, Tampa, Chicago, Houston, Buffalo, Arizona, Cleveland, Detroit and San Francisco are teams that are "offensively challenged". Nearly a third of the NFL teams are poor offensive teams. With the biggest fall games ahead in the colleges and a long way to go in the Pros, now is the right time to sign-up for the Phone Service.
